1 /5 Ed Smith: Very knowledgeable real estate attorney However he failed on numerous occasions to return calls Emails And respond to registered letters seeking him to conclude my project I could never get am appointment with him During my conversations with him He advised me that he had bigger cases than mine and he never got to my case And never answered my question do I need to go elsewhere Just ghosted me His lack of communication and returning calls is as an attorney is potentially an ethical violation I chose not to pursue since his family and mine were friends for decades
