    Chana Garrett: Poor, fake and fraudulent customer service. I originally signed a contract which included roadside assistance 4 years ago. I have never needed the service until today. I called to find out unbeknownst to me that I do not have the service. I was never informed that every time I renew, I must sign for the service. My premium is constantly increasing but the services are decreasing. Funny how the policy automatically renews and I don’t have to sign for that, they get the money EVERY month, but they took away the roadside assistance without notifying me!!! Definitely going with another insurance company next month!!!! Steer clear of this company and the agency at 66th and Pulaski in Chicago!!!!!!!!

Great personality and professional and honestly to the point, I don’t care for side conversations just call, make a payment and get the receipt and done.They work with you in the down payments and monthly payments. Good customer service and friendly and prompt with the receipts and sending the policies. Sure the prices go up every year but not a whole lot. Roadside assistance is the best thru them, I’ve never had a problem with them, they are fast and reliable.
