5 /5 Tiffany Males: The wonderful staff and owners here just keep adding to the experience. The little ones love the pool, my 13 year old is always playing basketball in the gym. We just joined a few classes, circus acro and swimming, and the kids were in love since day one! Facility is clean and looks well maintained. Plenty of options for cardio, sports, and weight lifting.

5 /5 Airemonay: Great place to exercise, friendly staff :) and I love the 24 hour option for 18+ because you can go at any time and it’s very convenient for a busy college student like me! It’s a lot of different exercise rooms and a variety of new machines.

5 /5 Emily Roberts: The Y is offering a variety of things all the time, and the new weight room is great. The director, Nick, is full of ideas and supports the members ideas, needs and wants. I love the Y and its part in our lives.

5 /5 Stephanie Lotz: When I came in to inquire about some after school activities for my daughter; ERIN was very patient with me and all my questions. I kept going back and forth about which program I wanted my daughter in. By the end of our many conversations we concluded soccer was the best route. She explained everything to me. The cost and days and what is needed in order for my daughter to have the right gear. If you go to this YMCA ask for ERIN she has great customer service towards her future and present members. I will rate her a 10 out of 10. Thank you Erin for helping me find the right program for my daughter. Your kindness is appreciated.

3 /5 Dr. M Shamsuddoha: I wasted some money by subscribing for a year. When I got free from work, it was too late, which never helped me to visit this place frequently. I had a subscription for five people and did not have the option to cancel, as I paid once. They should have an option to get money back if the total visit numbers are specific below.

Lord Sorceron: Randomly closed due to covid and laziness. Hours posted on window are inacurate. The lady who works there is too uninvolved to answer the phone. Shes normally working out there or in the back away from the desk/phone. I go here out of geographic convenience.

TRW: Its actually the first place in the area that Ive found I like to work out at... At the times or day I typically exercise, the crowds are pretty minimal, and even at peak times the building is large enough that things dont feel cramped. The day staff (at least) is excellent (friendly and hard-working) and all machines function and are well-maintained. As well, the floors are vacuumed consistently enough where everything appears cleanly and orderly. Also, this PF has a lot of treadmills and quite a few ellipticals, which makes rush hours much more pleasant.

Nick: Phenomenal gym with a very welcoming energy, this gym has all the essential equipment for beginners and experienced gym goer’s. I’ve been a member for over a year now and I cannot express strongly enough how welcoming this place is ! Wether it’s the members you make friends with or the staff it just feels good. I’ve been to many gyms in my workout career and this is by far my favorite gym. They do a lot for the members, they feature members and their accomplishments. The group classes are always great energy even if you don’t participate! Seeing the members sweating and smiling is such good energy. Any fitness questions you have you can literally ask anyone of the trainers or the manager and they are more than willing to assist with no obligation, I’m so proud to belong to this gym, if and when you join you’ll see what I mean, there are no judgmental feelings ever.

One Touch Fight Team & Academy - Woodstock

Do Jun Pak: I have my two sons in their kids mma program and they love it here. They are being taught by professional/active mma fighters who do a great job of keeping the kids engaged in learning. There is an emphasis on practical, real life applications of mma. My youngest son got in a small fight at school and stood up for himself and I give One Touch credit for that. Get your kids in this gym!

Jazzercise Woodstock Trademark Events - Woodstock

Kate Hein: Such a great place to sweat and have fun! The instructors are helpful and energetic and the members are so supportive. The space is awesome with plenty of room to dance and strength train. Highly recommend especially if you love music!
