They got our tires quickly, got them mounted and balanced, did a 4 wheel alignment ( it was WAY out) and even replaced our headlight. We were on our way in just a few hours, and the prices were very fair. Highly recommend them! Couldn’t be happier!

Crystal Pomatto They were really friendly. The shop was really busy but they were able to fit me in and fix my tire in a decent amount of time. They said that doing an inspection before they start working is their policy which I am grateful for. They alerted me to repairs that need to be done soon. I could opt to have the work done there, but I have a mechanic I prefer to go to so they listed the things they found on my receipt so I could let him know. Overall I had really good experience and would go back again.

Jacob met me at the front counter with a smile and was able to answer all my questions and got me set up to drop off my vehicle and even provided me with a loaner vehicle. Melissa Moudy Update since the response from pro automotive was not entirely correct: The vibration was corrected at the Chevrolet dealership here after they resurfaced the front brakes. The vibration was not corrected at Pro Automotive. It looks like it was just the recommended maintenance that was completed with little attention paid to finding the actual issue that was my concern. Just a guess. Maybe it’s this. Who knows. A dart board mechanic. In addition, the owner of Pro Automotive thought it was a great idea to make an off handed remark about a slight leak in my shocks while we were on the way back to pick up the vehicle when it was legitimately too late to do anything about as I was leaving the following day. Bare minimum done. Maximum payout. Original Post; All of the recommended maintenance was completed with the root concern not addressed. The same issue happened before I completed the trip which I explained to them I was concerned about making without having it taken care of by a mechanic. $1600 is the cost I was quoted and paid and am now halfway across the country trying to actually get it fixed with more money I don’t have. I sent a message with these issues and was ignored so I decided to leave the review they asked for before they were aware the repairs did not actually result in a car that made it through the full one way trip to Maryland like I was promised. RepairPal sent me here. I’ll do my own research next time. Follow up: thanks for nothing - here’s my receipt for what I paid after I got to Maryland. With the same issues I showed up to your shop for in the first place. Side note: calling my phone and leaving a message then not being available to speak to when I call back does not constitute an attempt to maintain good customer relations. It makes zero difference at this point but that seems to be a trend here.

The only mechanics I know I can trust 100% My dad was a mechanic so I learned a lot about cars, but if I cant do it myself they are my first choice. Yes I agree that the cost of some of the services are higher priced than than other shops. However they do dealer quality work for less than dealerships charge. Excellent place to have diagnostics done. They inspect with every oil change.Or for a fee they will check tires to antenna and everything in between. They will tell you what is important to fix right away, what can wait, and what is working great. If you ask questions they will explain thoroughly the work that needs to be done and why. Have found they stick to their quotes. Very friendly and helpful.

The owner of the Mart highly recommended Tire Choice. He said they are great and honest people. I walked over and explained our situation to Kendra. She was wonderful! She said she would give us a call to let us know. We went for a walk and she called to let me know we needed new tires (we knew this, but our financial situation currently we were putting it off for next month). She found us a great deal and I agreed to go ahead and get all 4. She called back 5 minutes later to tell us she found us a better deal. Great customer service and will definitely recommend or when we visit again come back for repairs. Kendra went above and beyond with customer service.

Dropped the car off at 8:00 am on the scheduled morning and was told they would call me when it was done. I called back at 4:00 pm that afternoon to see if it was done and was told it would take 5-7 days! This was the first I heard of this. I was not in a position to leave my car for that long so I went and picked it up. It was still parked where I left it at 8:00 am. Now Im calling around and it wont probably be until next year for me to get the car fixed. Thanks for nothing.

Brandon was very friendly and told me they could at least take a look if I dropped it off for the day, which I appreciated. After dropping it off, I got a call shortly after quoting $900 for a recharge, which seemed extremely high. A quick online search and confirmation from our usual mechanic (who quoted no more than $350 for the same service) confirmed that it was well above the typical range. I declined the AC service but asked them to go ahead with an oil change and new windshield wipers. Later that afternoon, we called to check in and were told they didn’t get to the car at all, so we ended up just picking it up without any work being done. While the staff was polite, we won’t be returning. Advice for others: Definitely price check services ahead of time and don’t expect same-day turnaround, even if they say they’ll “take a look.”

And they have a great system for breaking down what they checked, what needs to be fixed and how much it all cost. My total was $76 including a $10 off coupon I found on their website. Great customer service as well.

Eric Dettmer I just had a great experience from beginning to end at Christian Brothers. We brought in an old car with many problems. Paul and his team did a thorough inspection of the entire vehicle and then met with us to discuss the options. Every issue was listed separately with the necessary repairs and the labor & parts cost for those repairs clearly spelled out. We chose not to have everything done at once, so they prioritized each line item in terms of what was most needed. There were no pressure tactics and all of my questions were answered thoroughly in layman’s terms. They took care of everything in one day and it runs great. John Fluss We took my wifes 2020 Ford Explorer in to Mark Muffler and Auto Repair on a Friday evening just after closing time. The car had a separated exhaust pipe which had allowed it to drag the road and do further damage to the exhaust system. I stopped in the shop at opening time on Monday and explained the issue to Mark. He said "Well get you put back together and call you when its finished." And he did. He called around 1:30 that afternoon and told me it was ready to be picked up. Great guy, great work and a surprisingly reasonable price. I cant say enough good about the level of service and overall experience.
