5 /5 lisa myers: I rolled into Chicago for a birthday event and my car was overheating. I took it into Meineke. Amber was the desk tech and sensed my panic. She called her manager Bill in. Bill calmly explained to me what may be wrong and he said Ill try to look at it today but I cant promise as they were packed with cars getting service. I asked please do what you can. Amber called me about 1:30 pm and said she had good news. It was a temp sensor issue, they had the part, and they would be able to fix it today. I picked the car up at 4 :30. Bill and Amber went over and beyond in helping me. Talk about great customer service! Thank you Bill and Amber!
