They got our tires quickly, got them mounted and balanced, did a 4 wheel alignment ( it was WAY out) and even replaced our headlight. We were on our way in just a few hours, and the prices were very fair. Highly recommend them! Couldn’t be happier!

Suzanne Jarrell Stopped in and talked to Jacob to set up an appointment to have my jeep wrangler looked at. The place is very clean and well kept. Jacob met me at the front counter with a smile and was able to answer all my questions and got me set up to drop off my vehicle and even provided me with a loaner vehicle. They called me with updates and to get approvals before doing any additional needed work. They finished the job in a timely manner and price was on point! Great experience and great work! Melissa Moudy Update since the response from pro automotive was not entirely correct: The vibration was corrected at the Chevrolet dealership here after they resurfaced the front brakes. The vibration was not corrected at Pro Automotive. It looks like it was just the recommended maintenance that was completed with little attention paid to finding the actual issue that was my concern. Just a guess. Maybe it’s this. Who knows. A dart board mechanic. In addition, the owner of Pro Automotive thought it was a great idea to make an off handed remark about a slight leak in my shocks while we were on the way back to pick up the vehicle when it was legitimately too late to do anything about as I was leaving the following day. Bare minimum done. Maximum payout. Original Post; All of the recommended maintenance was completed with the root concern not addressed. The same issue happened before I completed the trip which I explained to them I was concerned about making without having it taken care of by a mechanic. $1600 is the cost I was quoted and paid and am now halfway across the country trying to actually get it fixed with more money I don’t have. I sent a message with these issues and was ignored so I decided to leave the review they asked for before they were aware the repairs did not actually result in a car that made it through the full one way trip to Maryland like I was promised. RepairPal sent me here. I’ll do my own research next time. Follow up: thanks for nothing - here’s my receipt for what I paid after I got to Maryland. With the same issues I showed up to your shop for in the first place. Side note: calling my phone and leaving a message then not being available to speak to when I call back does not constitute an attempt to maintain good customer relations. It makes zero difference at this point but that seems to be a trend here.

Steven Machi Visited Tire Choice over the 4th of July weekend unexpectedly having to be towed due to damage caused by road debris. Staff was extremely friendly and diligently diagnosed the issue and was able to resolve the problem quickly to get me back on the road in under an hour near closing time. Can’t thank the staff enough for their quick resolution. Highly competent team, definitely recommend to anyone in the area!

Brianna Williams Tire choice is my go to for everything car related. I have lived in Edwardsville for around 8 years now and I only trust tire choice with my car. The staff is so wonderful and helpful. I have been through three different cars and they have taken the best care of each of them. I would and do recommended tire choice to anyone. When pricing tires there were sure a lot of places to go in Edwardsville and surrounding areas however the friendliness and pricing at Plaza Tire was by far the best of anywhere else. Andrew Piros Have dealt with many local body shops in the area and will never take my car anywhere but here again. Had them repaint a car that was repaired by another body shop and the paint match was absolutely perfect. Great communication, very friendly, would highly recommend this place. Also seem very experienced in dealing with aftermarket parts and accessories.

april hollmann ⭐️⭐️ (2 stars) I called Meineke hoping to get our air conditioner looked at the same day since our regular mechanic was booked out. Brandon was very friendly and told me they could at least take a look if I dropped it off for the day, which I appreciated. After dropping it off, I got a call shortly after quoting $900 for a recharge, which seemed extremely high. A quick online search and confirmation from our usual mechanic (who quoted no more than $350 for the same service) confirmed that it was well above the typical range. I declined the AC service but asked them to go ahead with an oil change and new windshield wipers. Later that afternoon, we called to check in and were told they didn’t get to the car at all, so we ended up just picking it up without any work being done. While the staff was polite, we won’t be returning. Advice for others: Definitely price check services ahead of time and don’t expect same-day turnaround, even if they say they’ll “take a look.”

And they have a great system for breaking down what they checked, what needs to be fixed and how much it all cost. My total was $76 including a $10 off coupon I found on their website. Great customer service as well.

Debbie Owen I have an 11 year old Equinox that developed a hole in the muffler. The dealership suggested I try Marks. They blew me away. I was treated respectfully and honestly. $225 vs $1500 at the dealership. Plus they had me in and out in 30 minutes. Both gentlemen were friendly and reassuring. I recommend this place HIGHLY!

Rachel Goebel I LOVE this place! As a female, doing anything car related can be frustrating because I feel like I’m always getting upcharged but that is not the case here. All of the pricing is great and they always take such great care of me and my car. I’ve never had a problem and always leave satisfied. They will do extra stuff to my car at a great price and always ask permission before doing so (and charging me) which is very much appreciated. I work in St Louis and will make a special trip just to get my oil changed here because of how great they are!
