Lily Horrible place my husband went here to fix his work truck literally stole more than 2k from him. Kept it for like a week and didn’t even do anything until my husband was like all I see is its parked down the road all the days they had it. 2 months guarantee only …literally took it somewhere else & we did not spend that much & they fixed everything that wasn’t done here! Mechanic that they have there doesn’t know anything about his truck but apparently was acting like he did. Don’t take your cars I’m telling you seems like they know how to steal from people read other stories!

H K Staff is very friendly, I highly recommend Steves Automotive, its a wonderful place for all your vehicles needs. Cant beat their speedy service and fair prices. Explains repair process in a way I could understand. Takes the time to listen to all my concerns. Gets parts same day for speedy repair of my vehicle. Kept everything open and honest.

Nicole Jackson I had an issue with my cooling system while traveling from out of town. Sam and Joe were great. They got to the issues, fixed it in a timely manner. They were so welcoming and warm. Very personable and kept me updated on the process. This spot was wonderful to deal with. Definitely go here to this location if you have any issues!

Mack global Logistics Their communication skills is very subpar its almost like they miscomunicate with you on purpose to try to charge you more money. especially if you dont speak their native language. They will fix your car and get you back on the road again. Things they need to approve. On Have contracts for services, post most of their service prices on the wall so clients can see the actual cost on certain service.. build a website so potential clients can make appointments. And communicate with clients better.

Mike I would definitely not go to this place I was there last week. I came in for a simple oil change and this guy drove my car out of the shop leaking oil because he forgot to install the drain plug. Unbelievable how they are still in business the owner has no clue as to what she is doing. I’ve had better service before until the recent management changes.

I brought my car into mikes more miles today and now there’s an oil leak in my oil pan and there was no leaking I just paid for any leak to be repaired from another shop. (Which was way cheaper) Mikes quote super high. Every time I leave the place there’s something new wrong with the car. They try to upsell their customers every time. I stopped going to them for real repairs but I still went for a simple oil change because I live in walking distance. But not anymore. Their new management sucks. Bring back Pedro! Ryan and all the other guys there are despicable

Tom The mechanics at this place are the best! My car broke down and I was without a car at the most inconvenient time. Not only were they able to replace my starter & brake pads, they were able to identify and fix an oil leak Ive had for years. Every mechanic Ive taken my car to couldnt find the leak, so it never got fixed and I just lived with it. Well, Dave found it and was able to replace the oil pan & gasket. Thank you!

Orlando Ive visited twice. Just left from my second visit. The service manager answered all my questions and provided helpful recommendations. The service (oil change and vehicle inspection) didnt take long, but I did go on a weekday morning when they opened. Im thinking Ill be making this my go-to auto care location.

Hailey Jungles We took my fiances car here after an accident that occurred, a driver wasnt paying attention at an intersection and hit us in the rear damaging the rear quarter panel and back bumper as well as our brand new rim. I cant say enough about the service, they call you everyday to give you updates and are so friendly! The customer service here is AMAZING the best i have ever come across. The work they did was phenomenal even better then i expected it looks like the car was driven fresh off the lot. The inside was detailed as well as the body was washed and waxed. They even popped out some dents in the body that werent even part of the accident, as well as balanced the tires! Needless to say i couldnt stop looking at the car as it looked so beautiful. Inwill definitely coming back to get more work done on my vehicles. I cant say enough good things about John Lawsons Auto Rebuilders. I love this shop 5 stars all around.

Pat Phelps Came in about a month ago to get an estimate on getting some work done. This shop is a pretty big name around town so I figured Id give it a try. Lady came out and looked at it and then took my info and I was told I would get an email with my estimate. Week or 2 goes by and I still havent gotten an email. I called and was told the lady who does the estimate will call me back and they took my info again. Still have yet to receive an email or a call back after another 2 weeks. I would have rather have been told theyre not interested in doing the work or cant do it rather than be avoided/ignored. Not the service I was expecting from such a big name in town. Ill find another body shop who actually wants my business.
