1 /5 Lily: Horrible place my husband went here to fix his work truck literally stole more than 2k from him. Kept it for like a week and didn’t even do anything until my husband was like all I see is its parked down the road all the days they had it. 2 months guarantee only …literally took it somewhere else & we did not spend that much & they fixed everything that wasn’t done here! Mechanic that they have there doesn’t know anything about his truck but apparently was acting like he did. Don’t take your cars I’m telling you seems like they know how to steal from people read other stories!

1 /5 Fannie F: Central Mufflers on Ruby street in Joliet….unfortunately this is not a good place for engine work. My husband took his truck to have a new engine installed. it was nothing but problems and lies from the beginning. started out with the truck just sitting outside when they claimed it was being looked at, and it went downhill from there (I would have taken my vehicle back after that first lie was told) Overall they had the vehicle for 3 almost 4 months. At each promised pickup time, they came up with a new lie. Trying to charge more money. and my husband picked up most of his own parts for some reason. horrible Place, horrible management. He learned a huge and very expensive lesson dealing with this place. Be Aware!

5 /5 Joe Ralphs: I have had my vehicle serviced multiple times at the shop. Way Beyond Mufflers suspension, radiator, all kinds of other things tune up oil change. Theyve always done a fantastic job and the price was very good so check them out managers Nacho and Loretta are awesome! Says joliet joe

1 /5 Kwetta Kwetta: They do half jobs and they petty I wouldn’t let them fix a Barbie car and they be lying you have to take a man with u make sure u check there work . Then they had one of my cars for 2 weeks and wasn’t answer the phone when I finally went up there I had parts misssing don’t trust them they like getting over on people and the lady in the front she really full of it
