    Rigo Martinez: These folks were great! I broke down near the shop and had my vehicle towed over. I got there before they opened, but they were awesome and helped me out. I still had to get to where I was headed and they were able to drive me to enterprise to rent a vehicle. They were able to get my vehicle looked at and fixed. The folks at Hales went above and beyond! They made a bad situation very manageable and helped me out so much.

    Whitney Waldron: Had my car serviced at Aaron’s last week. 5 different codes popped up on the dash and then the wouldn’t start. Dropped it off and was finished the next day. I was impressed with how quickly they got it fixed until I got the car home only to realize all the codes were still on the dash. Called Aaron’s and talked to the hateful receptionist only to be told that all they did was fix the starter. They didn’t even check the codes. They are refusing to fix it without paying another diagnostic fee of $130. Will not recommend nor give them my business in the future.

    Michele Wright-Harris: If I could give 50 STARS I would!!!! Im from Metropolis (50 miles away). PMR is an authorized service center for my extended warranty. There was an issue with my engine. Will worked his magic with the warranty company and they agreed to replace my engine. While doing the engine replacement, they found out that my radiator was leaking as well. They got the warranty company to cover that too! Will kept me informed the entire process. I need work completed on my other vehicle that I will have to pay out of pocket and Im going to take it to them. My experience with Will and all of the Service Techs was fantastic. I hope the owners read this review!!!!!!

    Martha Sandefur: Took my car in this morning, scheduled to be fixed tomorrow morning, they called 6 hrs later, done! They even took a video to show why I needed the starter replaced a year after it was changed! I have their number saved and I highly recommend them!!
