2 /5 Allison Kuhn: I was disappointed in the service that I received at my last appointment. I was scheduled for an oil change and got a full new set of tires. After leaving the establishment, I went home and reviewed my receipt (yes, I should have looked before I left), and it stated that they had spoken to customer about needing new brakes. There was never a time, while I sat there waiting for over an hour, that I was told I needed new breaks, nor did I have any issues with my breaks. A day later, my break were horrible and I had to replace them right away. They absolutely could have been bad, but it felt deceiving that my receipt verbalized communicating with the customer, when in fact that never happened.
