D F Jan 2020 - I was passing through Illinois and had a major issue when my transmission went out. Not knowing the area or businesses, I took a chance on Bloomgrens. They took me to the rental car company so I could get home. While my vehicle was there, they diagnosed the issue, gave me options and pricing, and performed the repairs. I got a rental and came back a few weeks later as it was a major repair around the holidays. I picked up my vehicle and it drove as I had hoped it would. This could have gotten very expensive and went really bad, but they did what they said they would do and my vehicle is running well.

David Mustain Unfortunately I ran into some very poor service just trying to get a fuel pump replaced. Had an appointment to get it done 1st thing @ 8 a.m. They put it off and didnt get it done until late the next day. Still didnt work, waited a couple of days to make sure, called back and the guy answering the phone was mad because I waited. (Waited because I was giving them the benefit of the doubt) Took it back, they (supposedly) fixed it, and it still didnt work. Decided I didnt want any more rude treatment, so I took it elsewhere. Got it fixed, and these people told me it looked like an old fuel pump that was in bad shape. Dont worry, I dont expect a refund, but I sure as hell expect better service AND TREATMENT from anyone working for the public!

Lori Arnold Check engine light came on. Had Auto Zone test it. Bad evaporator canister purge valve. My normal garage couldnt get me in for 3 hours. Called Motorheads and they were able to get me in. Faith was super friendly and helpful. Large reception area (see pictures). Tv with Amazon fire stick. Faith heard me tell my husband my phone battery was low and she let me borrow her phone charger. Co-owner sat and talked to me for a while. In and out in 2 hours. Everyone super welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend. I will be back and will start using them for oil changes and general car maintenance. I would recommend paying in cash though as there was a credit card fee.

I had an axle bearing fail on my boat trailer while I was moving from Northern Utah to Ohio and I was able to limp over to their shop at closing time on a Friday night. Larry and Jimmy were super helpful, considerate, compassionate and even pulled the wheel off the trailer that night. I had to continue to Ohio, then return to Utah to close on the sale of our house. They kept the boat and trailer inside to protect it and when I picked it up yesterday, they charged me an EXTREMELY fair price, so much so that I tipped them a hundred bucks. I didnt have a choice as to where to have the repairs completed, and they could have easily ripped me off. They didnt and if I could give them 20 stars, Id do it.
