Julie Hukill We took a vehicle to have the entire thing detailed a couple weeks ago. They wiped down the driver side door and the dash. Other than that they didnt do anything else to it. When I asked why the carpets werent shampoed they stated that they were and had used a hand scrubber but couldnt get the stains out. The vehicle didnt smell like cleaner, and when I swatted the carpet dust flew up from it. But it was shampooed? I would have been happy if they had offered to redo it, they did not. Instead we were offered a full refund, ok fine. I go to pick it up and the receptionist says the manager has to sign the check. He comes in signs the check says have a nice day and walks away. No Im sorry or explanation as to why. The receptionist I dealt with the entire time was super nice and understood why we were upset. The manager however did not contact either of us once. I believe he could have handled it better and could have made an effort instead of just throwing money at us to make us go away. Precision as far as their body shop and automotive does good work, I just wont make the mistake of hiring them do a detail again. Pictures were taken AFTER it was picked up.

T P They handed my keys over to someone who didn’t have permission to take my truck and let them drive off in it It doesnt matter who set up the appointment, they dont own the vehicle. You shouldnt have to update the procedure of not handing the keys to someone elses vehicle off to the non-owner...they set up the appointment then decided you were too expensive and your response was "ok heres the keys to a vehicle you dont own"?

Klayton Shaffer 5/5 Considering the local shops and the one “dealership” in town, Mick is the guy at Landes Auto to go to. You will find that he is straight to the point and doesn’t beat around the bush. He will ACTUALLY diagnose your vehicle. The reason my car locked up and wouldn’t turn back on is because of a bad fuse and water pump. He wasn’t afraid to take on a hybrid vehicle either. He does have a lot of business, and it might take him a minute to get to your car, but when he does, he can have it diagnosed and fixed very quickly. And I bet you’d be satisfied. His pricing is also fair for the work he does also, and is an honest mechanic. No up selling or price gauging. Thanks, Mick!

Brady Wiseman I took my vehicle for an oil change and told them that my vehicle was missing the hex screws on the bottom plastic piece of the bumper, which made it sag some on the bottom. I only told them this because I wanted them to know that I knew and not end up thinking they lost them since on my vehicle you’d have to take them out to do an oil change. They ended up replacing them for me for free while it was there. They didn’t even tell me that they did it. I only noticed it because my bumper wasn’t sagging anymore. I was very impressed that they did an extra bit of work to do me a favor and then didn’t even feel the need to take the credit or try to get praise for it. On top of that they were very quick with the job as well.
