5 /5 Josh Pearse: Took our tire in with a nail. Original brand new tire for our vehicle was $145. They surprised us and patched the hole when they couldve just let us pay for a new tire. Tommy is friendly and staff is very knowledgeable and fast at what they do! Very pleased with our experience with Neal Tire! Thank you Tommy for the extremely fast, trustworthy service! 1 /5 Zac White: Called to have some tires swapped. Was told first come first serve. Not a problem. Dropped off at 7:45… Left and 8:15am and witnessed two other tire jobs comes in… go back at noon to watch both of the ones that came in after me pay there bill…. seems they pick and choose who comes in first… and when called out about it wanted to lie to me. Just be a man and own up to the shadiness.

1 /5 Larry Creighton: Came in to have a tire swapped over to a different rim told them the other rim was going to be repaired and they told me they would put it back in the box of the new rim. When I showed up the face of the rim I had the tire removed from had multiple scratches and rashes was not in the box and the employee rolled it across the concrete parking lot Would highly recommend taking your tires elsewhere

1 /5 Suzanne Lewis: We are from Marland and were traveling thru after picking up a tractor at a sale. Had a blow out on our trailer around 9am. Stopped in with hopes of just quickly replacing the damaged tire so we could continue home. The salesmanship wouldnt even consider the sale stating we would have to wait until the afternoon because of 1st come first serve. I completely get that, but should not emergency even be considered. Not that our sales matter because of being out of town, but for my impression of the town, thats sad. Where we come from, we take care of everyone, especially someone in an emergency situation.
