Jack Rozier Oil changes are great, but the past 3 times Ive taken my car in, Ive asked for it to be greased, watched them as the oil was changed, and nobody so much as picked up a grease gun. Then when asked if they greased it, they lied to my face and told me they did. Not going to take my car there anymore, and will not be recommending them to anyone else. It was top notch when Dave owned it, but since he sold out, this shop has went way downhill.

Christopher Henderson If 0 stars could be given it would be. We took my wife’s GMC Yukon in, he said it was transmission and couldn’t justify additional charges when it would be going through warranty. We decided to take it to the dealership we bought it through rather then getting work done through him. Lo and behold it was not full transmission but torque converter something he would have figured out if he actually did a diagnosis rather than just driving it around and claiming he has done it long enough to know. Then warranty says they already paid them out for the work that was never done. The phone individual is rude and wanted to raise her voice and then Mark wanted to call and try to strong arm. As a disabled vet, pastor, and an individual who values character and integrity above all else I would stay clear from this shop unless you want to pay unnecessary prices and costs. There was no profanity utilized and your receptionist is one who raised voice first. You also lied, you did not do an accurate diagnosis and misdiagnosed, and there was no threat. Only a promise. That if need be I will be bringing legal council into the equation. Furthermore, the warranty company has officially opened an investigation as they state you received funds for work you did not complete. So again, you can try to spin it but this goes to show the incompetence and poor customer service offered. My review will remain as many know me in the community and know my integrity and not to be an individual who utilizes profanity nor threats I would venture to say someone will read this and hopefully save themselves time and money by going to a more reputable shop. Finally this conversation did not happen at your establishment as it was a phone call. However, you can not raise voice, threaten customers, and expect them not to elevate their voices in response. If you don’t want voices raised don’t raise it at customers, don’t lie to customers, and don’t have an attitude with customers.

Steve Cox Mark runs a great little business here. Great mechanics. I had bought a second run around truck to save miles on the newer truck. It needed an alignment and some front end work. The guys in the shop did an exceptional job the truck drives perfect now.

James Nugent Not happy. Hit a deer. Had to wait 2 weeks just to get the vehicle in. Now its been over a month and its still not ready. Waiting on parts that are backorded.. seems like they should use more than one supplier for parts. And they should stay on top of things. Every time I call. Its another excuse. They had to take it to the dealership to get sensors calibrated. But the body shop doesnt seem to concern when they will get it back. Plan on not going back there again if I need anything. They should have stayed on top of things instead of a whenever attitude. UPDATE... Found out they did not do all the repair. Scheduled it to go back in. Was told it would only take 2 days. Now, once again. It will not be ready until 5 days. So mad now. Will never take anything to them again. And will be warning everyone I know about how we were treated. And how they lied about how long it would take.

This last time was because someone backed into my brand new truck in a parking lot. Just to say I have used them twice is really saying something. The team is absolutely amazing! Gus Mattka Went in for tire rotation, came out with paying for 10 lug nuts that was rounded off. (They wanted to replace all of them, but only had 10 available) blamed it in on a Ford problem. Try using the right size socket on impact next time... wouldnt ask for air for my tire from them.

Cathryn DeMartino Barry and the whole crew at Neal Tire in Shelbyville are absolute lifesavers! We brought our car in for a battery light and they quickly confirmed the alternator was going bad and they would order a replacement and we scheduled an appointment when they had availability. Our plan was not to drive it, however an emergency at home resulted in us stranded a few blocks between home and Neal. The allowed the van to be dropped off by the towing company and when I came in the next day to drop the keys and leave my phone number, Barry assured me they would do their best to finish it ahead of the scheduled appointment time. He even offered to get me a ride home as he could tell I had walked there. And he said they would make sure we had a ride to pick it up. Imagine my surprise when just hours later I had the call our van was done and ready! And as promised he sent someone so we didnt have to walk in this muggy heat. There is a reason Neal is the first place I consider for our car needs in Shelbyville. I have always received good service and they are just good people. I wish I had been less scrambled so I could have thanked the mechanic personally. So if you see this, Thank You!
