rickardo909: I am driving a vintage S10 pickup that belonged to my Mom. It has almost 200K miles on a 4 cylinder. Its been rode hard and put away wet, but still runs and drives well. I had some issues with it (all body related) and my boys Julian and Nick took great care of me and my little red truck. They analyzed the issues and made repair recommendations, and came up with a quote that I could afford. They did three of the four repairs, in less than a day, at about 1/2 the quote price, and referred me to a body shop for the fourth repair, because that kind of work is not in their wheelhouse. I am so grateful for the guys at Butitta Auto in Oregon, Illinois. Following a previous visit, I happened to call the shop after theyd closed for the day. I didnt leave a message, but apparently my caller ID showed up. Julian was still in the shop and noticed the "missed call," and he called me back, just to make sure I was okay, and not experiencing another problem with my truck. That really touched my heart! Im a disabled veteran, and vehicle reliability is key to my peace of mind and safety, when Im out and about. Theyre honest, caring, trustworthy, and always put the customers needs first, while ensuring the safety and reliability of the vehicle, to keep us safe. They also give a Veterans Discount, which is greatly appreciated! 4-11-25 ~ Julian and Ian did a great job of servicing ol Rocky Jr. They did an oil change/lube, rotated the tires, did a brake inspection, and installed a new window seal on the drivers door. I was in and out in about an hour. The Butitta boys ROCK!

He was up front about how long everything would take and gave a realistic estimate for cost. Only hiccup was dropping it off. His other mechanic didnt show that day so he wasnt able to get to me as soon as planned, but talked me through my options and made it so I left feeling reassured rather than frustrated. Id recommend Johns if youre in a bind, hes willing to go the extra mile.
