Sheila Bush Over a month ago, my car died while I was at a stop sign. I called Walts to see if I could have it towed there and he said he would look at it. It sat on his lot for a month. Last Friday I went to the shop to get my keys so I could tow it to a different repair shop. When I went inside, Walt told me it was possibly a "glitch" due to the cold. He moved my car forward and back 20 feet with no issues. No one ever called to tell me that. No one ever updated me on anything unless I called. Then I was told they hadnt had time to look at it. I took my car to another repair shop and two work days later have an answer. The throttle body needs replaced. A month is a long time to go without a vehicle or an answer as to whats wrong. I have been a customer for a few years for routine oil changes and tire rotations. Ive referred people to Walts. I wont be going back. Very disappointed.

Chris Fahnders They repaired the dents on my vehicle in a professional manner and timely manner. My only complaint is when I picked up my truck an employee told me they should’ve washed my truck which they did not and there was footprints all over the inside of my vehicle this should not have happened. This shouldn’t have been cleaned up.

Jake A Mike is honest and good at what he does. I had new tires put on. I usually go to a different big name place in town, but after I found out they didnt rotate my tires like they told me they did I wont be returning. Ill definitely be returning to Hohimers for service.

Eve Hut I needed him to do an oil change and to look over my car. I have an older car that seems to be degrading. He looked the car up and down trying to find any issues with it, took him about 2 hours but he charged me just for one. Great place was really thorough and explained everything. Crazzy Azz Carl Lesones The crew at Pekin Alignment & Autobody are the best!!! The owners Joseph and Jennifer are the most down to earth and hard working people. Tyler there son is following in dads footsteps and working at the shop as well. I trust them with everything I own including my 1968 Chevelle SS/396 pictured out front of the shop, my 1971 VW Westfalia bus, pro street custom chopper, 82 Corvette, and all my daily drivers. Joseph and his crew are top notch!! Also if your car is wandering, pulling left or right, wearing the inside or outside of your tread unevenly Ashton is the man behind the wrenchs and Alignment machines and he will get you steering straight down the roadways in no time at all!!!! Bandit Darval I grew up in the area & wanted to use a local shop to install new tires on my car. I called them got a very competitive quote, so I ordered the tires & made the appointment to have them installed. I showed up & the shop was absolutely filthy & they said they dont do many passenger vehicles, mostly commercial. Now WHY wouldnt you tell someone that before they ordered tires & made an installation appointment? Anyway, they nicked one of my rims through the chrome down to the aluminum. When I went back & showed them & came up with a fair deal for us both, they said there was no way they couldve nicked my rim, but we both knew they did. I even offered to buy more tires from them & they still wouldnt make it right. If you need commercial or passenger tires, find somewhere else. Plenty of local shops that stand behind their work.

Michael Harrison I bought ultra high performance tires and was sold 9 year old tires. One of the tires never would stay aired up and was all bubbled out on the inside when I took it back to their shop. I finally got new tires installed but she voided all warranty on them due to grass being under my car and "blood" on my bumper. I guess if you live in the country and have dead bugs on your vehicle that voids your warranty. Just as well because I will never enter the establishment again.

Erik Heuck Took my moms car here for tires and alignment. They said a ball joint needed replacement, which we had done along with the tires and alignment. Get the car back and it still pulled hard to the right. Take the car back in and they look at it, said they missed a repair that should have been completed when the replaced the ball joint. We are told to bring it back the next day and they would fix it no charge. Get the car back and it still pulled to the right even after the repairs. We were told that it drove fine when they test drove it and any pulling to the right was due to the curve of the road. Flash forward to today. I take her car for an oil change and ask them to check the car over. They discover the tires were improperly mounted and balanced on the rim. The tire manufacturers have dots placed on the tire to indicate where the valve stem should be installed. The valve stems were no where near where they should be. So to counter the improper installation, they added extra weights to the tire to try and balance it. 550 grams of weight were added to one tire that once mounted properly only needed 150 grams. I was also told this was a safety issue until it was corrected. Dont take your vehicle here for service because obviously a tire shop doesnt know how to install tires. This place was a lot better when it was Tommy House.

All staff very friendly and helpful. The entire process went pretty quickly with no feelings of being pressured in to anything offered. Pricing comparable to bigger dealerships. Will definitely look here for our next purchase down the road.

Carrieywqz Miller I took my jeep compass in with a transmission regional sensor problem. I had gotten it read at my mechanic. Mid said they had to run it and do all of the checks themselves for the warranty. Well, I have the very limited warranty. They know this. It states nothing covered outside of the transmission. So. 149.99 for the test. Then it was that sensor.which is a 49.99 part to purchase. However, you cannot take parts into them. Then they charged me 300 plus for the sensor and labor. Out the door 492 and some change. My mechanic could have done it for 172 and some change. I am sorry to say that I am not satisfied knowing the mark up and amount I was charged. I had already told them to fix it by the time I got the quote from my mechanic. I am not happy with the overall pricing at mid. The people are friendly enough by their prices even on oil changes is out of this world. Thank you so much!

Eric I had several things needing done. New clutch, new tires, front struts, rear breaks... Very professional, communication was great, With all that I needed done, I feel they did an awesome job, and they threw in a couple things without charging me. Cost was not as high as expected. My car actually runs better than when I first bought it.

mont3milla Replaced two tires and had an oil change at Hiller today after searching all over for town reasonably priced tires. The staff here made an otherwise stressful experience go very smoothly. They got me in very quickly, were very polite and professional, and did quality work at a reasonable price. I recommend and will come back again for future automotive needs.

Archer Service crew went above and beyond in their part to breathe life back into my 1999 F250. The project was larger than either party, myself or them, probably anticipated, but they did all they could to get my truck drivable again. They kept communication keeping me up to date on their progress. Would definitely recommend them to do work on my friends and familys vehicles.

cameron kramer I dropped my vehicle off in June 10th. He said it would take him 2 weeks MAX and my dad had to go in there on Thursday the 24th and ask what is taking so long, they hadn’t even started to put the engine in or even had an engine. Then I tried calling them everyday and left a voicemail just to see what was going on and never received a phone call back. I have needed my car for a week and a half now. Still in the shop and haven’t heard anything. So ridiculous. Would not recommend!
