1 /5 Sheila Bush: Over a month ago, my car died while I was at a stop sign. I called Walts to see if I could have it towed there and he said he would look at it. It sat on his lot for a month. Last Friday I went to the shop to get my keys so I could tow it to a different repair shop. When I went inside, Walt told me it was possibly a "glitch" due to the cold. He moved my car forward and back 20 feet with no issues. No one ever called to tell me that. No one ever updated me on anything unless I called. Then I was told they hadnt had time to look at it.
I took my car to another repair shop and two work days later have an answer. The throttle body needs replaced. A month is a long time to go without a vehicle or an answer as to whats wrong. I have been a customer for a few years for routine oil changes and tire rotations. Ive referred people to Walts. I wont be going back. Very disappointed.
