They dont try and get money out of you for things you dont really need, they are open and honest with what needs to be done right away and what can come at a later date. Would definitely keep coming here for service! :)

5 /5 Katrina Foley: The staff was very nice and helpful. They were able to get me in the same day for a tire leak. They were able to locate 2 leaks on the same tire and fixed it promptly. Thankfully it was an inexpensive fix and offered suggested maintenance for my vehicle and available promotions.

At Firestone, they show me tests they ran, and can walk me through the physical evidence so I can make the best decision on when to get a part serviced. It’s an honest business in my experience. They’ll be a lot more up front than say certain dealerships who will just stack services for the sake of mileage instead of need.

He answered all of my questions and ensure that i understood thoroughly what’s needed on my vehicle and that I’m prepared for any and all expenses. 5 /5 Michael Kohler-Rausch: I had a screw in my tire and we needed to get going for the weekend. I made an emergency stop here and they patched it about as fast as I could ask (90m wait Friday afternoon) and did not try to push me with any other services like some reviews say below. So they possibly changed some policies for the positive. I was listening to how the employees were interacting with the other customers and I thought they were simply taking care with your car and not necessarily being pushy about additional services.
