They stayed in communication with me the entire time and ensured I knew what the work was that was being completed. They do excellent work, extremely professional, and our fantastic communicators! 5 /5 Jeannie Dyson: My car died right out side of the repair shop. I went in and said I needed help. And he man behind the desk was up and asked me for my keys. Then they got it in right after. But it was late in the Day and I had very little money. So I stayed in my SUV.that night. I was fat away from home the manager stayed up late got me a better deal. And I was able to pay with a check. Then I thanked them. They were polite and efficient I would recommend them to everyone who finds themselves in the same position. Or just needs a tune up. Thank you I got home safely safely. They did an extremely thorough evaluation and found a very simple, much less expensive fix. They also found a few other issues which they identified and quickly fixed. Anthony was so kind on the phone…I explained the issue and asked if he could look at it the following day. He had me bring it in in the morning and leave it. It was an exhaust issue that I was afraid would be pricey. It ended up being bolts that rusted through and not my exhaust system itself. I appreciate his honesty and his pricing was extremely fair! I also needed an oil change so they did that as well. My Jeep was ready that afternoon. I highly recommend Ant’s! They are trustworthy and quite fair with pricing. Ant’s is my go too now!

Jeremy Taylor: I stopped in to the Wheaton AAA to pick up an international driving permit a couple days before my trip to Poland. I was super impressed with the facility and the service. Its a one-stop shop for everything AAA does, insurance, car care, membership, you name it. I was in and out without an appointment in maybe 20 minutes tops, and that included taking photos, filling out the application, and payment. They didnt even charge me for the photos because they said Id had to wait longer than they planned. This level of service makes me want to become an AAA member! Well done!

Fraser Smith: This is the only place I take our cars. For 18 years they’ve done great work for me - honest - on the level about estimate and good work. A couple of times I’ve gone elsewhere due to a coupon or just convenience and paid more that I would have or taken the estimate to them at 3D and they gave me a better arrangement. Even on busy days with the phone ringing and people trying to get price guarantees without even having their car inspected yet - the guys at 3D are always professional and explain what’s going on and are nice to deal with.

Pat B: Our garage door didnt go all the way up when we had a recent polar vortex. As a result, I knocked off the dolphin cover over the antenna when backing out of our garage. We brought my Lexus to Mike. He was very professional and gave us a written estimate. After the part we ordered came in, we called him to make an appointment. The car was ready in one day! (They even "tested" the new cover to make sure the seal was solid by power washing the roof to make sure there were no leaks.) I also had two scratches on the bumper. We asked for an estimate on the scratches, deciding to get them repaired, as well. The car was ready the next day. They even washed my car for us! Reasonable prices. Solid attention to detail. Polite and professional staff. Highly recommend!

Before they even took my money, they offered to give it a quick test drive to let me know if it was even worth getting checked out. They got the car in the air and gave me a very honest opinion, pictures of the car (your mileage may vary) and gave me solid mechanic advice. They helped me avoid buying a dud of a car that could have made me sinking $$$$ into almost immediately. They did it honestly, cost effectively, and helped explain things to me about not only how this car was working, but also gave some solid advice on how to used car shop. I could not recommend these folks enough!

I came here because of all the reviews and we all know its hard to find a good shop these days. I worked with Mike and his team to get an Oil change, Tire Rotation, 3 Step Process Engine Flush, and new Spark Plugs. Mike was super friendly and honest. The team was very knowledgeable and really took the time to diagnose the issues I was having with my car. The prices were very fair in such a competitive market and I was really taken care of. The car runs great and super smooth. The team also went as far as to recommend coupons for me with the services I had provided that I had no clue about. Super honest! Im a car guru and have built cars before as a hobby. This is a great location and I will be coming back. The reviews stand their ground!

Jaliet Caprana: DO NOT HAVE YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE!! I brought my vehicle to this garage, based on the reviews which was a terrible decision on my part. From my experience these mechanics are amateurs and I am currently working with an attorney along with filing a complaint with the state of Illinois. Violation 1 Illinois General Assembly Compiled Statutes code Sec. 12-101. Scope and effect of equipment requirements. (a) It is unlawful for any person to drive or move or permit to be driven or moved on any highway any vehicle or combination of vehicles which is in such unsafe condition as to endanger any person or property. This garage put my life and others on the road at risk and in danger due to an mis diagnosis assuring me, my vehicle was safe to drive. Not to mention I was told on the phone one of there mechanics accidentally broke a coil while looking at my vehicle. They did pay for that but I was almost double charged at time of pick up which really bothered me. I am happy I wrote down the original cost during our phone call so I had the correct numbers which was then adjusted at time of pick up. The day I picked up my vehicle from their lot I still heard noise coming from under the hood of my vehicle so I circled back to the shop and told the person at the front desk that the noise was still there. He came outside and looked under the hood, using his flashlight near my engine and said we have to take a more thorough look at some point next week but I assure you this vehicle is safe to drive. So I took his word for it, and was planning on bringing my vehicle back the following Monday. While driving home on route 31, I heard a big bang under the hood which startled me and I swerved off the road into someone’s front lawn nearly crashing into a tree. After a police report I then had to then pay for a tow to get my vehicle to a shop nearby .Regardless after this unfortunate circumstance, I reached out several times after in which “Glendale Auto Care” took absolute no accountability or even refunded my $300 for a knock sensor which was not the issue. I was told that the owner would give me a call at some point that day in which he never did. After waiting over another week I decided to take matters into to my own hands. I have paperwork and dates along with cost not only from their garage but from another garage which confirmed within 45 minutes the issue came from cylinder 1 unlike “Glendale Auto Care” who took over a week. The other mechanic from the new garage was baffled and said, I can’t believe they let you drive this. He said anyone who is a mechanic knows just from the sound alone that this is your engine. I have spent a grand total of $1000 between labor, towing and transportation to get to and from work until my Hyundai Elantra was ready for pick up. This matter wouldn’t have been nearly this big of an issue if they would have just worked with me. The fact that they didn’t even attempt to reach out or refund my money or help me out in any way shape or form is why I am going through the legal process. I would have even been willing to even pay them for labor on a new engine but it seems to me that they had absolutely no compassion for my situation. DO NOT HAVE YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE!

Shop is immaculate, these guys know their stuff, and in my case their knowledge and experience working with old stuff was evident immediately. All issues were addressed as requested and completed with expertise and fairly priced.
