Natalie Gillis Straightforward, helpful & friendly - something you rarely get with tow truck/roadside companies. As a Fleet Manager, Im adding them to my list of shops to use when were in the area. Our truck blew a tire about an hour from them. After a bad customer service phone call with Road Ready, who was the closest, & few other shops who didnt have trucks available at the time, I found Bob & Rons. They were over an hour away from our truck but Dillon, who answered & eagerly ran the call, was great to work with. Honest & upfront with the ETA & price. They didnt act like it was a burden like so many other roadside companies do. Highly recommend!

David Davis I would highly recommend this place. Ron was very straight forward and very helpful. Good work isn’t cheep and cheep work isn’t good. A few months ago Replaced one of my drive housings after a bearing failed and trashed the housing. Was told it would be a few days to complete so rented a car and went home. Even being 7 hours away they still kept me updated.

Vanessa Ive never actually been here. I just cant remember my grandmas street name. Eds is close enough. Used to get pop from the machines when I was a kid, they were always nice. Got pooped on by my first bird there. Haha!

Gully Steward I paid Eds auto shop $105 to look at my car and let me know why it wont start. I had to pay $105 and still dont know why it won t start.then I had to pay for another tow fee just to get it towards back to my house. Eds wanted me to pay them $976 to work on my car then said after he do it my car still might not start.

Nise Smith Still waiting to receive the excellent service so many people claim to have experienced. So far, they have been rude, dishonest and inconsiderate… They have had my Vehicle since Mid February and we’re moving into April. Anytime I make an inquiry, I am met with indifference. The experience thus far makes me extremely uncomfortable about what’s to come sadly.

Robert Cooper I had an obvious exhaust leak on my 2013 Ram. Checked with various exhaust shops to see who could look at it and was repeatedly told that it was most likely exhaust manifold bolts broken. Exhaust shops wont touch those and the dealerships want a huge amount for the work. I was pointed towards Decatur Auto and Tire by Dannys Muffler. I made arrangements to drop the truck off for a week while I was out of town and get it back when I returned. My work plans fell apart and I was stuck at home for the week with no ride. Calling Decatur Auto, I asked when they were planning on getting the truck in. Originally they planned on doing it Thursday which was fine since they had planned their work week based on my original info. Much to my surprise, they called me early Wednesday morning to tell me they had gotten my truck done already and it was good to go. I got the truck that morning and the leak was fixed. Id asked for a worst case scenario quote which they gave me. The final bill came in under that amount quite nicely. I will definitely remember these guys. Great customer service and going the extra mile to help a customer out for a fair price and a job well done! Whats not to like?

Marc A. Mar-Bell was extremely pleasant to work with when my wifes car was hit. They got us an estimate the same day and worked with us and the other drivers insurance company to get us squared away. Butch is very friendly and on top of things. Will go there again with any future body work needs. Highly recommend!

Mike I’ve used this company twice for different accidents, Butch is a straight shooter and a great person to work with. The quality of work is better than what I would expect. They go above and beyond to make your car perfect. They’ve always delivered on time and handled all the details. I will never go anywhere else.

Autumn Murrell It’s always been a good experience until this last experience when breaking my car makes a thuds sound it wasnt making prior to replacing tire rods . I took it back in and was told it’s my transmission i got a second opinion and it’s my suspension! I will not be back after this mind you i had already paid 1000 for tires and had to take it back 4 times before the problem got fixed once my warranty is up ill go to best one! I was very dissapointed

Xanderson Fesili I came in Jan. 2025 to change my radiator and flush my old coolant. They did not flush out my coolant for my vehicle. Long story short, took my car into another place for an oil change and check up. The personnel (Not Firestone) asked me how long I had my vehicle, and also asked me to step out the vehicle to show me a major issue. They advised and had me smell the coolant inside my coolant tank and asked me how long I had this coolant inside my tank. I told them about 2 months. The personnel did the coolant flush (Not Firestone) and they told me that my coolant was never flushed out before due to burning smell and very ugly coolant being inside the tank. They also asked about my radiator, I told them I got it changed out at Firestone. These individuals looked up on CARFAX to see if it was ever reported for a radiator change and a coolant flush. Nothing reported. They (Not Firestone) advised me to go back to Firestone to get this fixed because they charged me for it but never got it done. I got my coolant flushed out at that specific place which was not Firestone. I DON’T WANT TO GO BACK TO FIRESTONE AGAIN. SAVE YOURSELF MONEY AND DO NOT GO TO FIRESTONE. Firestone charges you $50 for a full inspection. Firestone never mentioned that I had an oil leak, (found out later on from another company) they never flushed out my coolant, and charge a whole lot for work that does not get done.

Sarah B Friendly and efficient. Chuck Lewis was great! He got my tires checked and replaced/installed the day after I called in. The tire sensor ended up being bad and they replaced it the next day! Definitely recommend.

Merry Lanker I needed some overdue maintenance done on my Subaru and Neal did an excellent job. 10/10 would recommend them!

Thomas Weaks Ron has treated me very well and he has gone above and beyond work promised. I have had 2 of my trucks worked on here and plan to bring my other truck as soon as possible! I would recommend Dunns and have to anyone!

Benjamin Haslett I brought my car in to get my tires replaced but due to a scheduling error on tire racks part, my appointment did not show up in the system. The guys working were understanding and were able to make the time to get my car in. They did a great job and worked quickly! My car was done in an hour. Would recommend and will be going back anytime I need my tires replaced!

Richard Barnes Jr These guys, I told to do an alignment and then put new tires on instead they wanted to look at parts of the car. They had no business looking at, and then they say my lower control arms are broke, which I raised up the car myself they weren’t these guys are trying to get as much money out of The as they can do not go there. They just wanna try to get money out of you and fix things that don’t even broke. Terrible crew terrible people don’t go there Their money hungry

Ryan Swanson I just moved here from Cali, had no idea where to go for auto service yet due to a mix of misfortune/fortune my car lost its clutch down the street from Ryders. I had it towed there. They fixed it right up, I felt so lucky. I just had my second car fixed there too. That place is not only nice to be at, the people are warm and honest. =)

Shelby Hagood We’ve taken our two cars here on several occasions for varying issues. This most recent one required a complete engine rebuild for my husband’s 2018 jeep. Not only was the price very reasonable (almost felt like too low) but ALL the issues we had with the jeep were resolved. They even discounted the price if you pay cash, which saved us another $200! Very solid family owned business and would recommend to anyone in the area needing auto repairs. Fair, honest and professional would be the 3 words I’d use. 10/10 would use their services in the future!

Karena Berry Great experience! Both gentlemen explained everything that was needed, and even let me watch some of what they were doing. Despite a confusion on a part order (not the fault of the shop), I never even noticed the extra time. And they are completely understanding of odd work schedules. My repair ended up being a bit more intensive than originally planned (again not the fault of RAGs), but I was never made to feel like it was putting them out. Even though I live an hour a away, I think I found my cars new repair shop.

Tristan Stamets ATI is not the cheapest repair facility in Decatur, but they are 100% the most dependable. They work on everything from lawnmowers to semi trucks to BMWs. Their staff is knowledgeable and passionate. Brian is extremely generous and dependable, and Dawn is a genius. Theyve worked on our box trucks for work, and I send my cars there for service as well. They stand by their work, and I wouldnt take my vehicles anywhere else.

Nick Kramer Had my truck towed in to have a catalytic converter changed out because it blew a back pressure sensor. They replaced the sensor an put a new converter in. Get it back after a $1000 bill. Still wasn’t right. Come to find out at Creekmur Muffler that they only replaced one side an the other is still clogged. So furious! Never taking a vehicle there ever again. An wouldnt recommend it to anyone.
