Stopped by his place on a Saturday when nobody else was open and he took care of my problem instantly. I asked if I could pay him but he said it was such an easy fix he wouldn’t charge me. Hansen Nicholas Drove 2 hours to look at a car they had on their lot for sale. It was extremely misrepresented. In fact, it had a bullet hole in the side if it, doors were different colors, rust etc. All of this was undisclosed and not represented by the listing. I would not recommend doing business with this dishonest business.

Mindy woods Maybe they were having a bad day. Maybe they have no time or patience for older people. But I brought my 78 year old mother with her vehicle to get a simple oil change. They were very rude and even suggested that she should have gone somewhere else for her oil change. I have never seen such rude customer service in my life. I felt so bad for my mom. She couldn’t wait to get out of there and said she’d never go back. If this is how they treat the elderly, I will make sure everyone I know avoids this shop. Wow…

Frank On three different occasions I have taken my truck here to get the spark plugs cleaned. Every time I went the workers who work there done a good job. So I figured I would take it again to try and get the spark plugs clean. This time the owner, said they don’t do that here and had the audacity to tell even me I never got my spark plugs cleaned there before like I was lying. The owner was very rude and he smelled heavenly of weed smoke. I would stay away from this business and find another more professional place to service your vehicle.

Pete swapped our garage openers from our old place to the new place which allowed us to keep our new LiftMaster 98022 jackshaft opener. Pete was extremely efficent and it was done in no time at all! Michael Ostrowski These guys charged my air-conditioning in my 2011 maxima & broke both clips and didnt say any thing ..then ignition replaced on a honda pilot , mechanic broke plastic around steering cocold and glued it and didnt say anything! Afrer that my remote start only worked if the key was in it ! He said not his problen....DONT GO THERE !!!

It is the quickest oil change - and I see them check the tires, check fluids - and do all the things that I think other places lie about. We recommend this to friends who are Augie students, and they had a great experience too, so theyre not taking advantage of young people either.

I will drive out of my way to go to this shop because they’re most more trustworthy than most quick change places- because they’re not a chain and are a small business you can tell they really care about the quality of service. 11/10 highly recommend!

Joseph Breiby I was hit by a distracted driver and referred here by a friend. This was a major job involving over $20k in repairs with 6 pages worth of parts. The impact was so severe that the entire frame was bent. Jackson auto was transparent and available during the entire rebuild process which took over two months (mainly due to part delays). If you can tell from the completed picture the truck looks brand new off the lot. You would never even know it was in such a big collision. Their craftsmanship is top notch!

There was additional work discovered once the window came out, but they went ahead and addressed it without any additional cost or fuss. I was very happy on how they tackled the fix. They made sure to provide the best fix not the easiest. To a person, they were all very nice folks who know what they are doing. They were very fair with the pricing. Plus, they have two of the sweetest larger dogs at the office. Good dogs...another sign of good people! I would highly recommend them.

A couple of recommendations to other shops resulted in one saying this kind of car "has issues, trade it in and buy a Honda," and another who continually refused to make an actual appointment. Thats when I found Chris online and saw all the 5 star reviews. He deserves every one of them. He spent time with my son to explain the issue, then explained it again to me. He drove my son back to class so he didnt have to get an uber. And he offered to store our winter tires because we dont live in the area. His skill and knowledge are five stars -- he was very thorough, ruling out several issues until he found what needed fixing. His prices are also reasonable. Jake Andrews Now that my mechanic is back from vacation I can sing his praises for figuring out what was wrong with my car after Auto Zone said the code was for fuel injector on cylinder 3... Chris has been the only one that Ive let work on my vehicles for probably the last 15 years and theres a reason for that... after going over every possible failure point he came across the issue which was a broken exhaust valve spring. Jose Garcia This place is exceptional if you dont have a garage. It costs about 6 dollars an hour to use a bay with a lift. This place has all the tools youll need to pretty much do anything you want to do except paint your car. Not sure if a little spray painting is ok but last time I checked you couldnt. Right next door you have a carwash which just makes it so practical. Also if you happen to have a question there are mechanics that work on site and you can also drop off your vehicle to get stuff worked on
