1 /5 Steven Norris: Horrible. Will never forget the time they told me it was acceptable to supply my own part for a fix when I was young and did not have money. I supplied my own part, but when they realized it wasnt a used part and that I bought the part online for 2-3 times cheaper than what they wanted to charge for their part, they lost their mind. Totally disrespectful. Angry. Rude. I was 22 at the time. I am much older now and will never forget how crappy their attitude is and how offended and hostile they were. Lets even use the word aggressive. Not sure if these guys just hate their life or were having a bad day, but I would never give them a penny again. Actually, kind of pathetic now that I look back on it. I will keep telling this story as long as it makes someone decide NOT to use them and choose someone else in the area.

QC Auto Service (Car-X Tire & Auto) - Moline

Dixie Winter: Stopped a couple of days ago to get a price on getting oil changed and tires rotated. Was given an amount and thought it was very reasonable compared to the dealerships. Took car in today to drop it off and was told it would be about double what I had been quoted. But, unfortunately my ride was there for an appointment and there wasnt time to take it back home. And, I thought the cost was similar to a dealership. But, I checked my previous records from dealers and it was about $30 dollars higher than I had ever paid at Honda. And that was supposed to include a free tire rotation. When I questioned it further, they denied giving me a lower price. They also said that I absolutely had to use full synthetic oil because that was all they offered, even though specifications do not say I had to have that.

Jacob Blumer: They worked on my company vehicle with 1 issue, all was well. Thought we found a good mechanic. The next time we had 3 problems, I asked if he had it, assuming he could remember. Said truck was ready, so we picked it up and paid... issue not resolved had it towed back. Next day they call and say good to go. We picked it up and overheat once again. I asked them to do a pressure test and they said did no issues. 3rd time we pick up we over heat once again. Turns out it was the top hose from radiator to engine.... a pressure test would have found it. I replace myself and gave them one more shot with ac front and back on a 3rd vehicle. They fixed front ac but not the back. I asked why they cant write things down and he says we dont need your business. Wow okay. If you have a single issue and you know what it is great place. If your looking for simple trouble shooting and customer service not the place to go
