Not only did they call Hyundai to tell me about my situation and got my car fixed for absolutely no cost through a warranty, but when I spaced out and took an uber to them instead of Hyundai to pick up my car, one of the staff members gave me a ride to Hyundai for no cost at all. Ted McCarron BAD NEWS/ GOOD NEWS. Today in Sycamore, Illinois I got a nasty fender bender as I was trying to pull out in front of a vehicle. The woman in the pickup truck took off my entire front bumper. After the police report I had to drive off with it in my backseat with one door completely open to make it fit. Definitely bad news. But then I went to an auto body shop in Sycamore and even though the guy did not completely fix it by a long shot he made it look one hell of a lot better and I generally have my bumper back again. The last picture is of the work the guy did and I only got charged $52 for it! I highly recommend Marty and Sons body shop in Sycamore!

It was a bit pricey for my situation, but they offer amazing care and don’t mislead you about the parts and services. You can tell they really care for their business! Farnood Tavakoli Last week, I went to Midas to have my tire replaced. After a few minutes, they informed me that one of my brake rotor bolts was broken, and they charged me extra to fix it—even though it was their mistake. Unfortunately, that was just the beginning of my problems. After the new tire was installed, I immediately noticed a loud noise coming from the car. I went back to Midas, and they dismissed my concerns, claiming that the noise was from a bad bearing. This confused me, as the car had been working perfectly before they touched it. I decided to take my car to another repair shop, where I learned something shocking: Midas hadn’t even tightened the screws on the brake disc! I took a picture to document their negligence. Please avoid Midas at all costs. They are reckless with your safety and your money. Sadly, the story didn’t end there. I bought a new bearing. But a few days later, I discovered the real issue wasn’t the bearing.!!! The issue was: Midas hadn’t properly balanced the wheel after installation and didn’t add the necessary weights to balance it. Thankfully, this didn’t result in physical harm, but it did cause significant financial losses and wasted so much of my time. Never go to Midas!

I’ve been a customer for about 3 years at this same location only to find out they have been doing low quality work. I’ve spent thousands. Again, take your car somewhere else and spend the extra few dollars. Not worth the “savings”. Thought I could trust them.

Kailey Squid I came in for an oil change and they recommended that I get an oil flush because I do go over my miles on my oil changes. They also removed two filters and gave me some money off on them as well I went out to eat and set an alarm for 40 minutes and went to go eat then I came back 10 minutes early and it was done. The guy in there was super nice and straight forward only paid 220 for an oil change and flush and two filters. 10/10 would come again!

Andy Demetriou My family has 5 mercedes bluetec diesels (between my dad, brother and myself). They are amazing cars, however require regular service and most importantly a tech that knows what hes doing (many do not like to even touch diesels). Ive known Dave the master tech at Mercedes for years and Ive been following him wherever he goes however this review is not just for him, but for Alex as well. The other mercedes dealer Dave used to work for was good, but the service dept was not exactly on top of everything the way Alex is. Great communication, delivers what he promises and does it with a great attitude. I highly recommend this service shop because of the combo of highly trained and skilled techs and great front of house experiences.
