He could also have taken in a potentially costly repair, to benefit his business. Instead his advice led me to attempting to get warranty service from the dealership. Tim was very helpful, knowledgeable, honest and genuine. While I did not have my car serviced here, I appreciate these qualities in the service industry, especially when related to expensive auto repairs. Based on this interaction, I would fully recommend his shop.
