Morgan Wilkin This shop completely ignored my calls when asking for an estimate. They also misdiagnosed my car. Whole time my transmission was bad and they told me my motor mount and transmission mount was bad. I paid $1,000 for the fix at a different shop for no reason. If you’re a woman, they will completely ignore your requests, and will not listen to what you have to say! My transmission was bad this entire time and now I have to pay $6,000 to replace my engine and transmission both. THANK YOU J&A FOR THE MISDIAGNOSIS!

Adam Walters Took my wife’s car to have the transmission looked at. Was told if it was internal they wouldn’t be able to fix it, but if it needed replaced they could do that. I called after 1 week and was told someone would check it out in a couple of days and they would let me know something. After 28 days, I called 3x’s and left a voicemail. No return call. On day 34 I picked it up to take elsewhere and was told they couldn’t really work on it!

Terry Barrix He charged for local tow 200 dollars and 45 dollars storage fee if you can pay at scene of accident I called local tow companies all are cheaper but he is contracted with police so he double dips so you know he was most unpleasant too good luck with him

Tasha Trout These guys are amazing. They were able to get me in last minute for a tire repair. They patched the tire, put it back on, put the spare tire back up under the vehicle, and charged me less than I was expecting! I asked about the price for an oil change while I was there, and the price was actually less than I paid for the oil and filter to do it myself! Overall Im very impressed with this shop, and will definitely be coming here for my oil changes and tire rotations or repairs in the future.
