1 /5 Morgan Wilkin: This shop completely ignored my calls when asking for an estimate. They also misdiagnosed my car. Whole time my transmission was bad and they told me my motor mount and transmission mount was bad. I paid $1,000 for the fix at a different shop for no reason. If you’re a woman, they will completely ignore your requests, and will not listen to what you have to say! My transmission was bad this entire time and now I have to pay $6,000 to replace my engine and transmission both. THANK YOU J&A FOR THE MISDIAGNOSIS!

1 /5 Adam Walters: Took my wife’s car to have the transmission looked at. Was told if it was internal they wouldn’t be able to fix it, but if it needed replaced they could do that. I called after 1 week and was told someone would check it out in a couple of days and they would let me know something. After 28 days, I called 3x’s and left a voicemail. No return call. On day 34 I picked it up to take elsewhere and was told they couldn’t really work on it!

1 /5 Samuel Adams: Worst place to have your vehicle repaired. Shady owners. They do not believe in helping people. They will take advantage of you. Took a vehicle to have crank shaft sensor replaced and they returned the vehicle leaking oil out of the crankshaft seal. Vehicle was not leaking oil out of seal before they replaced the sensor. Once I pointed it out and they fixed it, they tried to bill me for the damage they caused.
