2 /5 Pkc3579 Crawford: Cant speak for the rooms or service, but the slot payouts were awful...you cant tell me these things arent rigged. Ive played at many other casinos where the slots were much better. I know theyll all eventually take your money, but this casino seemed extreme. We wont be back.

5 /5 Beth B: We have a large casino 2 miles from our home, and yet we drive 3 hours to come stay and play here! It is SUCH a safe, comfortable, and friendly place! Anna in the Blue Square cafe deserves to be recognized for her contibution to the atmosphere of service and friendliness in this casino! She is the kind of employee every employer wants on their payroll, and person everyone wants in their family! Great place

5 /5 klyndsay22: Curtis the bartender is the best!! So is all the staff at Bally Sports book & bar!! Matt the host has been great too! Ahmed in marketing is always helpful and all of the vip hosts are so kind! John is the best host director! The hotel staff, from the janitorial to the check-in staff and the housekeeping are always nothing but kind! There are 2 other casino/hotels in a 20 mile radius, but Ballys by far has the best player rewards, drawings and all the gifts!!

5 /5 Ben Hauptmann: My wife and myself went for the first time yesterday. Wow what a place, very cool place. The buffet was the best ive ever had (prime rib). We played for about 3 hours. We will be back for sure. It was great being smoke free.

5 /5 Todd Spooner: Casino floor is open and small enough to not be overly stimulated. Clean tables, floors, and smelt good! Decent minimums at the table games. You can have a lot of fun for little money!
