5 /5 Drea: Google says open till 11.. tried to walk in at 851 and she says Im closed. So unprofessional. Wont be back Updating my review, since this one instance they have improved quite tremendously. The staff seems to always be on their A-Game. I even won a raffle and received $100 in cash and two tickets to a rooftop with unlimited food and drinks to a cubs / Sox game at Wrigley. Such a great experience!!

5 /5 Mini Mama: Absolutely love this casino. Honestly, my husband and I have been to 5 while visiting the Chicago area and this one blows the others out of the water. Super Comfortable environment, clean clean clean, and great customer service! They make you feel like family the moment you walk in. Would recommend this location not only for machines but for good local beer too! Love that they offer beer you wouldn’t normally see at corner casinos. Love that they offer comfy areas if you don’t want to gamble. Love that they offer food. The list goes on.

5 /5 Chris Castle: I have always had a great experience when I visit Bellas. If you are looking for a great selection of beers and friendly staff, dont pass up Bellas Bistro. I am not a local to the area, but I have visited Bellas on numerous occasions when traveling through the area and would absolutely recommend it! Keep up the great work and I look forward to my next visit!

4 /5 Saenz Sandra “Sandy”: Very nice little Bistro on . Surprisingly not too busy for a Saturday night and it had nothing to do with the gaming place or location . I was able to get on a machine fairly quickly the attendant approached me immediately upon arrival and I found her to be pleasant and very kind. After checking in I asked one question regarding their five dollar promotion and she had stated the text message is good enough to verify promo. This attendant was friendly and I saw she interacted with a customers as they walked in, which tells me she enjoys what she does and takes her job seriously. Most of the time in cafes such as these, especially gaming cafes youll find attendance not taking all too seriously their position and their interaction with customers and I feel thats important as many times I have found most of the attendants Ive come across werent as inviting as Jocelyn was at Bella Bistro. Jocelyn was approachable, friendly and very kind to all the customers who walked in and the ones that stayed to drink at the bar.
