1 /5 Joshua Moore: I will NEVER go back here again. I was ridiculed and embarrassed by the staff. I am a disabled veteran. My service dog was refused admittance. As I got out of my car and headed towards the door, the worker was smoking outside and told me that my service dog was not welcome. I told her that she was a service dog. She then asked me what my disability was. I told her that it was none of her business. She told me that my dog was not allowed.
I had to call the police. The police came and I showed them my VA ID card and they spoke to the employee. After all of the fuss, I decided to go to another casino. Horrible experience. I will take my money elsewhere.
