1 /5 Bryan Yake: Do NOT google or search for other reviews. Another example, played 25 per spin, hit a bonus, $80 win. How does that math even work. SCAM. Ive just put in a life time ban. short term scammers, long time loosers.. BR pays for SEM (search engine marketing), so aside from google having to review the truth in reviews, other searches will be saturated with marketing. This place is the worst of the worst, IMHO. I play all over the world, this was a bad place to try. There is no Possible way this casino adheres to GNP and normal distribution percentage of winning. I was told not to go to betrivers, but I had to throw a bunch just to check. If you do hit a bonus, it is significantly lower then any other casino pays for the bet amount. IMO doesnt seem legit. Play a $20, $50, or $100 slot, pays the same as .25 - $1 cent slot. Have fun! Penny slots may be ok.

1 /5 Ryan: As others have said, they make it impossible to withdraw winnings, while conveniently allowing you to cancel that withdrawal throughout the entire time. I’ll be reporting them for deceptive business practices that go against the safe betting and gambling laws. They do this on purpose so that you’ll be tempted over the waiting period to cancel the withdrawal and try to win more. I’m currently waiting on a 4 figure payout from them and conveniently after submitting my documents, that section of the withdrawal queue disappeared entirely. Another thing I noticed. While waiting in the Support Queue, I went from number 31 to 32, and again from 25 to 26. To say that was frustrating is an understatement. This app is a joke. And everyone should use their bonus bet, take them for as much money as possible, and never play their games again. That’s what I’ll be doing. And I’ll be recommending no on go near this app with a ten foot pole.

1 /5 Justin Zielinski: Absolutely horrible!!! Do not use this sportsbook in any circumstance! My wife and I deposited $500 each to get the risk free bet. They requested an authorization form, ID, passport, etc. I provided all of that on 10/7, it is now 10/20 (and me calling EVERY single day for an update) for them to tell me it will be resolved in 24 hours. Not only can I not make any bet, but they will not release MY $500 that I deposited. I have now contacted the BBB (Better Business) and filing a complaint. Do not use this company, the customer service is terrible and they will keep your money hostage.

I have shown my ID and played 5 minutes until I saw a senior stopped playing and going out..I asked him if he was asked ID to enter there. He said no. My judgement was right. The lady worker selectively asked me ID. So I am sure the lady worker a racist. Because I am Asian senior. This is only answer to her prejudice. When I asked her why she asked me ID only. She said that was her place. RACIST!!!!!!. HER RACE IS NOT COCASIAN NOT HISPANIC BUT "OTHER". This was happened around 7 weeks before Thursday. I never visited there since that time. I should not support the racists business. Even one star should not be given..

The staff seems to always be on their A-Game. I even won a raffle and received $100 in cash and two tickets to a rooftop with unlimited food and drinks to a cubs / Sox game at Wrigley. Such a great experience!!

Sometimes a few in the afternoon and several later on. I love the games and service is ok for the most part. But I used to only go for the mimosas. And now that they are ALWAYS full price ($7 per glass!!!!) I may choose not to go anymore.
