He is condescending, shady and unethical when it comes to choosing what he wants to present as exhibits in hearings, all to try and hide financial assets for his clients while presenting everything under the sun against the opposing party. His communication is terrible and Terry at the office is very unorganized and will tell you that you have submitted all the items you need to and when you get to court, you will be told you did not follow the rules. If you are representing yourself and Mr. Scott is the other party’s counsel, be prepared to be judged and humiliated. He gets paid big bucks to treat people with zero dignity and zero respect. Gary S Worthless lawyer , used him (Lee) about 20 years ago when I lost my right eye at work .When he had issues with himself my case was given to another person in his office at that time (Wendt). They tried to get me to settle for a really small amoun I lost more than that in wages besides my eye.Had to get a different lawyer, but they had my case so screwed up I got just a little more. I hope no one ever has the stress of this, use someone else not the names listed.

Olivia Ted is worth every penny! Not only is he affordable compared to other attorneys, he will guide you. Do everything he says because he knows his stuff. He represented me for both of my formal hearings and I just got the news that driving privileges were restored since I completed the permit period. You seriously cannot go alone to the hearings, Ted and his support staff were there every step of the way. Being able to drive again means so much to me and value that it is indeed a privilege. There are a significant amount of hoops you must jump through and having an attorney that knows the game is crucial. Secretary of State has to be shown meaningful effort and rehabilitation for their approval. I would recommend Ted to anyone needing assistance with driving relief. I can’t thank him enough, for something like this you NEED a qualified capable attorney like him.
