5 /5 Ena Powers: We recently moved to Poplar Grove from Texas. Arturo’s quickly became our favorite neighborhood restaurant. The owners come out and check on their patrons, we love that! We had high expectations, coming from El Paso, TX. They have exceeded our expectations! The Waite staff is so friendly, kind, and fast. Jani our usual waitress, Is the best!! We look forward to seeing her!
