3 /5 Karli Tillema: This McDonald’s is hit or miss on customer service. Some days are great and others not so much. Tonight I ordered online ahead of time then went to pick it up- I was in the drive thru line for 3/4 minutes then at the window for 5. I checked the bag and there were no sauces (this happens about 50% of the time). So I pulled back around and went in the McDonald’s, and asked for the sauces. The manager asked what food I got and told me that the sauces were placed under the fries. They gave me the extra sauce anyway which I was thankful for especially since I thought I was wrong and didn’t check well enough. I went back to my car, looked in the McDonald’s bag, and the original sauces were not there under the fries. The whole ordeal was just annoying and took about 20 minutes total, which is ridiculous considering I ordered ahead of time and was expecting a quick pickup. The sauce thing in itself isn’t a huge deal, but it happens often enough that I thought I would go in this time. I gave 3 stars because like I said sometimes it’s great, but I think it depends on management/workers.
