5 /5 Michael: This is the best fine dining restaurant in Geneva. I grew up in Geneva in the 1980s, I have been to all the restaurants in the area for high school dances, special occasions, weddings, and otherwise, and I get back to town several times from Chicago because my parents live there. (302 West was also one of the best fine dining restaurants, but it closed. Atwaters is similarly great.)
My party of four loved all four main courses, which is unusual. Even the chicken fricassee, normally a pedestrian dish IMHO, is excellent.
One minor complaint that I hope the restaurant reads and addresses: we were a bit chilled during the dinner. We asked the restaurant to turn up the heat, but then others complained it was too hot. With all the windows, there may be microclimates, and the restaurant needs to figure out how to address that. Perhaps with small heaters near each table, for localized heat.
Strongly recommended!
