2 /5 Amanda: First and foremost, the food is great.
The service however, is awful. Each time I go in, they ask for my name, great. I say Amanda. I even spell it for them, and they still have gotten it wrong three times, and a fourth time, they wrote Mandy instead. My name is Amanda, not Mandy.
Im sorry, but my name is not hard to spell, and theres really only one way to spell it .... get it right.
Also, one time, my food was stolen by another customer before I got there, after ordering online, and I was told that they had to remake it. Well, it shouldnt take 25 extra minutes to make a 6 piece of boneless parm garlic wings. Im just so far very disappointed in this place....
Get peoples names right!! & keep better track of the orders, so they dont get stolen.
