1 /5 Clark Emily (Em): Every time we order pick up the order is WRONG. EVERY TIME every $30-$60 we pay is WRONG! Then staff proceeds to say you ordered wrong! How is that when you make it as simple as a grand slam w a SINGLE topping added to pancakes but TGE CUSTOMER AND NOT THE COOK OR ONE WHO BAGS YOUR FOOD AND THE HOSTESS CHECKING YOU OUT YET THEY WANT AN AUTOMATIC TIP UPON CHECKOUT. Every-time that tip will reflect $0.00 until I get my moneys worth of messed up orders back since they want you to drive back to pick theyre mess up back up even though theres a DELIVERY option online. Classic fast food behavior & so damn classy of them. Disgusting cold food. They don’t even offer to re-cook the entire meal to make it right they just want you to pick up the correct topping. Mind you multiple times in the last two weeks this has happened. No, I don’t want to put my food down run to go get a topping that should’ve been on there as reflected on my receipt in order just to come back to eat cold food when it looks unappetizing as is! Corporate needs to come in And straighten these people out with REAL Customer Service
