El Toro Mexican Restaurant - Arcola (IL)

5 /5 Beau Laughlin: We had an excellent meal and margarita at El Toro. The building has seen better days from the outside, but inside it is nice and clean. We enjoyed the Acapulco and the pastor taco plate with a Texas jumbo margarita. The food came quickly and was simply delicious. The flavor was spot on and the portions were very large and the price was very reasonable. This included exceptional service and we were very happy we choose to stop for a late lunch on our road trip down interstate 57.

3 /5 Omar Franco: Came here to try it, im from out of town. Service is good but food is not that good. Ordered the burrito supreme it had chicken and beef, meat was bland rice was over cooked and had some burnt pieces in it. If you are in a rush and want mediocre food this is the place to go

3 /5 Kevin Glidden: The food was delicious but not cooked per the menu. Server had hard time understanding our order also, small communication problem. Parking great in back crowded in front. I did like my tacos but not the rice(no flavor) , the meals were hot and appealing.

4 /5 Machelle Young: El Toros was a great spot for group dining during our family vacation. I highly recommend the carnitas—they were packed with flavor. If youre trying to beat the summer heat, stop by for an ice-cold drink and a relaxing break.
