1 /5 Chuck Shortridge: Absolutely atrocious food handling safety. I ordered to 2 topping pizzas for carry out. I arrived at the time that was provided for pickup. I told the lady at the kitchen that I was in no hurry and to take her time. 1 pizza was in the oven and she removed it early when it was clearly only half done. She next dropped it onto the table as she was trying to move it from 1 pan to another for some reason to cut it. Then she picked it up and put it on the pan with her bare hands. She proceded to cut it up while continuously handling the pizza with her bare hands. I eventually told her that I didnt want that pizza and that she could throw that one away, and to just place the second one in the box, as I dont want her to touch my food with her bare hands. She claimed that she had washed her hands, but she certainly hadnt done that since i arrived. She did offer to make me another one but after watching her contaminate every slice, I felt that I just wanted the other one. I took the second one and left, and got home and looked at it. She had aparentently dumped half a can of some kind of teasing on about half of the pizza. Also, it was supposed to be pepperoni and sausage, but she hadnt put any sausage on it. This woman needs to be fired, and the health department should inspect this place. Dont go. Its just not worth several days of food poisoning.
