3 /5 Tim R: Im going to chalk this up as a bad experience. And when I say bad, it was bad by Hardees standards. They used to have the best fast food around. And maybe things have changed. Or maybe it was a one off type deal. But we stopped in for a quick breakfast before a day trip. The biscuits got a lot smaller and the biscuit, while being hard as a rock, was also coated in butter. I know that doesnt seem right, and defies logic, but i dont know how else to describe it. The only thing I tasted was over cooked biscuit and butter. Not egg. Not cheese. Not sausage. Hopefully, the critters along 16 enjoyed the 1-1/2 biscuits that were tossed into the field (yes they were unwrapped first, no one like a litterbug, and yes they were tossed far enough off the road). I will go back, and give them another shot, as everyone deserves a second chance.
