5 /5 David Young: This was a drive through experience, but was very pleased. Megan was very pleasant, friendly, quick with delivering the drinks and the sandwiches were right behind it. We commented to each other before leaving that it was the quickest and friendliest service ever!!

5 /5 Alan Lima: The food was delicious and the service was excellent! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and arrived promptly. The staff was friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place! Kendra was fantastic, and Erin was also great at cooking my food.

1 /5 Patrick Bartolozzi: As much as I appreciate having something quick and easy to grab while passing through Carthage, it upsets me to see (what i’m guessing is..) a higher up of some sort constantly complain and make faces at orders, especially at chicken. I 100% understand how stressful working in fast food can be, but it makes me not want to come back, as I feel as if I am a burden to her for coming in. Hopefully she didn’t have too stressful of a night, but I hope she continues to work on her professionalism. It was upsetting to see so many folks feel effected by her attitude and the tension she created in the kitchen.

1 /5 Ben Cadle: My visit was at 3:15 PM on 1/5/26. I have attempted to reach out to corporate and also contacted another store in hopes that a district or direct manager would reach out to me. Unfortunately, I never received any phone calls or follow-up, so I am taking the next step by addressing it here. Two coworkers and I stopped in while traveling. We ordered the Pick Two meal. The snack wraps I received were lukewarm, and the edges of the wraps were extremely hard. One of my coworkers also ordered the Pick Two and received hamburgers; the buns were very hard as well. We strongly feel that these items were pre-made and had been sitting under a warmer for several hours. Additionally, the employee behind the counter, Emily, appeared very stressed and repeatedly asked for help. However, the manager was too busy walking around in the back while talking on the phone instead of assisting her. This experience was disappointing, and I hope it can be addressed so it does not happen to other customers.

4 /5 Tim Congdon: Hardees is a good place to go grab some good fast food. Im partial to their breakfast items, so that is usually when I am there, and I highly recommend their biscuits and gravy, their big country platter, either of their huge breakfast burritos, and their 5 star cinnamon raisin biscuits (while they are still there... they brought them back but I dont know for how long). The staff is usually friendly and helpful. If they have time, they will bring your food to your table instead of calling you to the counter to pick it up yourself. All-in-all the Hardees in Carthage IL is a good place to go. Hometown atmosphere, good food, clean, and reasonable prices for most items.
