1 /5 Melodye Smithson: We ordered the BOGO chicken bowl thru the app. We picked up thru drive thru and went home without checking the food. Once we arrived home, I opened the bowls to find 3 bites of fried skin, no chicken whatsoever. I called and spoke to the manager which gave me the excuse they were busy and the guy didnt put the nuggets on them. She offered me to return, I declined due to living 45 minutes away. I asked for a refund, she denied. Called corporate, they havent called me back. I will keep calling until I get satisfaction from this. I do not know how the place is still in business if they serve food like this! As you can see the difference in what we got and what their add showed. Unexcusable!
