KFC - Salem (IL)

1 /5 name name: such a rude manager. Doesn’t seem like she trains her employees bc the drive thru girl didn’t know anything about the menu. Finally got my food and this is what I got (photo below). Did they bite this piece? They were out of original and wouldn’t tell me how long it takes to fry the chkn. Don’t go here, plenty of other options close by this rude kfc location.

1 /5 scot russell: Ordered 2 chicken sandwich meals with wedges and a side o mashed potatoes and gravy. Got on the interstate and was shorted a order of wedges and had no silverware to eat the mashed potatoes and gravy! Called the store and the girl that answered the phone said she was the general manager and was the one running the drive through. We hadnt ate all day and it ruined our supper!!!

1 /5 greg willgohs: Went to get 10 piece chicken bucket. Waited about 5 ninutes and a voice came on saying, you can itder anything but chicken. Time was 3:45 Sunday afternoon. Couldn’t believe it, whyare fastfood having trouble, this is a great reason !!

4 /5 Megan Papp: The employees are always super nice. The food though is hit or miss. The chicken nuggets I got for my son last night were way overcooked. And when we went there around lunch time a different day they were out of a lot of stuff.

2 /5 Justin Moats: Easily the largest single decline in a chains history from 2024 to now. This was always hot and fresh and never had issues. The last three trips have been underwhelming to say the least. Tonight was most likely my last this year and it just started. Drinks without ice. No sauces in the bag. 8 fries in my half empty container. The sandwiches where good and the strips where fresh but just a bad experience when you toss in the fact this was ordered on the app and said 5 minutes and I waited ten before leaving the house and still had to wait 10 more minutes there for the items to be what they where as mentioned above. We will try again in 2027 but until then it is worth the drive to Centralia for another year.
