McAlisters Deli - Macomb (IL)

1 /5 Carissa Talley: Every time I go here something is wrong with my sandwich. The bread is stale or the bread is tore apart or half missing. I had to use my own bread just to eat it so all the condiments on the sandwich are gone . Afternoon or dinner this happens.

1 /5 Jeff OConnell: Used to like eating here, but it gets worse with every visit. This last time, I ordered take out and picked it up on my way home. When we took it out at home noticed that our sides and pickles werent in the bag. This was to be our dinner so I called and after a looooong wait on hold was told because I hadnt paid extra for the sides too bad. I may not have paid extra, they were part of what I paid for. It was supposedly included in the price of my meal. I dont understand this logic at all.

1 /5 Jeff Ferguson: Went to McAlisters in Macomb, IL. Ordered a bowl of Red Beans and Rice to go. Price on the menu board was $7.29 for a bowl. I was charged $10.34. I asked why the discrepancy in price, and was answered with "we just push the buttons, we dont control the price". Manager was present and said the same. I suggested they change the menu board to reflect the correct price, and neither the employee nor the manager responded. Just made my last trip to McAlisters!!

5 /5 Courtney Sutherland: The service was great. Very friendly servers. Food was excellent. My kids really liked the witches brew lemonade.

4 /5 Cadence Giddings: Some of the nicest service in town. They also offer one of the best kid’s menus. Have experienced several little oopsies, like missed pickles, ordering a bread bowl and getting a regular soup, etc. but they will remedy these.
