McDonalds - Pittsfield (IL)

3 /5 ZaPPy xP: Its mcdonalds food, that speaks for itself. The service is generally good, the atmosphere is boring, its just what happened when they modernized everything. The play place needs to be cleaned a little more often. My chicken tenders should not be dark brown when I order my food. I know what fresh chicken looks like and for the rare occasion i spend my hard earned money on McDonalds id rather wait an extra couple of minutes to have quality food than for the lazy service im receiving which is to give me food that is old so your store has good drive thu times.

5 /5 Ashley Leavell: I did a delivery order and waited on an hour just to be told they didnt deliver but the only reason im giving 5 stars is because Kim the manager took time out of her busy shift while they were short handed and came a delivered my food herself! Its people like her that make this world a little better! Great job Kim! We need more people like you in the world! Thank you for your time and hospitality!

1 /5 Jody Polk: After 18 minutes I asked if that was my food sitting on the counter because they already cleared my order #, it was , been there 5 minutes. Then I didnt see the small fry. Probably because it was placed upside-down in the bag. The one good thing is the man that took my order was very professional. Greeting the customers and making sure they were taken care of. Whoever the manager is on duty doesnt deal well with the busy times.

5 /5 David Rojas: The best McDonalds Ive been to. Were on a long trip and decided to stop by for lunch. The staff are all extra nice diligently doing their job. The lobby was so clean and organized. One of the employees was walking around picking up and cleaning the lobby the cashier behind the counter was super polite. Great experience.

5 /5 Philip TheAuthor: This was a experience. I was travelling through this McDonalds and the food was your typical McDonalds. But the staff were friendly ,respectable and kept the place very clean. (The bathrooms were the cleanest Ive been in with a McDonalds ) The owner even showed me around with a smile. N
