5 /5 Thomas Moore: Had the snoot. It was delish. Wife had a side salad and an order of fried cauliflower. Salad was good, but those leaves that look like dandelions, I could do without.

Gafford: Drove out to Mystic Golf Course to try Mr BBQ cuisine.  We got the half slab ribs, fried chicken & sides of fried mushrooms, fried okra, & french fries.  Everything was outstanding.  The ribs just slid off the bones, very tasty.  Kiwan, Mr BBQ, was extremely busy, but did manage to tell us his success story. Well definitely be back.

2 /5 marsha wood: First I would give 10 stars if I could for the quality of food, but did not have a good experience. First I ordered food for our family Christmas for 14, from the catering manager. She advised me I could pick up in Waterloo if I wished and quoted me a price. On the day, I called before I left and Waterloo Mr. BBQ had no idea…so we called Columbia who seemed to be clueless as well about my order, but said they would get it together for me. They did, but when I went to pay it was $150 more than I was quoted. When I protested the owner said the price I was given was impossible because this cost this much and that cost that much…he ended up taking $50 off but I still had to pay $100 over my quote. Actually if I’d known that I would have gone with Shortys, because their quote was less. Moral of the story…get your quote in writing!

5 /5 s gotto: We booked the upstairs venue for a babyshower with catering by Mr Bbq with Karen Butler. She was very accommodating, personable, and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious, the chicken salad sandwiches were a huge hit and the food layed out looked and tasted scrumptious! Even on the rainiest day the view through the floor to ceiling windows was still beautiful! I will recommend this venue and catering service to anyone hosting an event. The pricing is reasonable, the staff is the best, and the food delicious! Thanks for helping make the day so special!
