4 /5 Milan Smith: Best Mexican in effingham. Great price for great tacos. I preferred the carnitas to the carne asada. Red salsa es mejor! This taco truck is better than any sit down restaurant in this small town. Very authentic

Feels good on the gut everytime If I ever won the lottery I would buy the building that used to be the old Homewood grill on Willow and give that building to the people who own this Taco stand just because I think itd be awesome for them to put it to good use.
