5 /5 Tim R: The Greek salad was superb. The cheese garlic bread was sensational. The outdoor seating is so cool. Its like sitting on someones back deck, very homey. Our server nailed it. And the adult drinks are very good, and strong.

5 /5 B P: Terrapin Pizza is TOP NOTCH, and Im sitting here during the soft opening period. We tried the Moms Favorite pizza... the crust is phenomenal. Im thrilled to have a great pizza place, locally. Also tried the Lazy Lightning cocktail, which was delicious and surprising treat! Our server, Tiffany was so friendly and attentive. The bartender, Ty is so fun and sweet and a real trip! I cant wait to see what the place will do with a full menu and am most definitely happy I live around the corner from this little, new local treasure!

5 /5 Verne Hoge: Terrapins is truly an amazing restaurant. They use the freshest ingredients, cooked to perfection, and pair that with service that goes above and beyond. The staff don’t just treat you like customers—they treat you like people, going out of their way to make your experience special. For example, they even set up lights outside so I could study comfortably. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and feels like family. And if you haven’t seen it yet, the back deck is absolutely beautiful (just look at the photo!). It’s the perfect place to relax, enjoy great food, and feel right at home.

5 /5 Andrew Toigo: Really cool building and decor. Great attention to detail and pride in his menu. Incredible pizza. You can tell its all made from scratch. The owner and servers were all really nice! They have great ranch dressing too. Love that they dont have TVs... nice change of pace and had us talking as a family and to others in the restaurant. Really fun! Worth driving to Jerseyville just for this place.

5 /5 Peg Mitchell: We started off with a cocktail. The flavor was great, but just a tad strong on the alcohol. We had macncheese as an appetizer and then enjoyed the pizza Fire on the Mountain. It was all excellent. Dont let the name of the pizza scare you off; the heat is mild. Atmosphere is amazing with the history of the building. Service was fast and friendly. It was our first visit. Definitely will be back.
