Zana’s Wood Fire Pizza - DeKalb (IL)

5 /5 Jammi Martin: The service was perfect. Friendly staff and very attentive but not overly so. The food was fantastic! We had tilapia and chicken Parmesan (so good)! The adult kids had a 16” wood fire pizza that was fantastic and the grand kids ordered off the kids menu (nothing over $7 on this menu which is great) they got a Mickey Mouse shaped pizza - which they LOVED and was plenty for the 2 of them (ages 5 & 6). Desserts are incredible. Not a fancy place (was an old breakfast place) I believe. Perfect for families and reasonable prices! Don’t miss this place if you want a great brick oven pizza!

4 /5 Jeremy Blevins: The bruschetta had a odd taste, almost like sesame oil? The homemade bread stick are very good. Cheese curds were also very good. The pizza had a very moderate flavor. Tiramisu was very good. All in all good experience. Our server was very hospitable and kept the drinks full, what more can you ask for!!

4 /5 Cameron: The pizza at this restaurant was decent. I think our pizzas could have been cooked for a couple of minutes longer to make the crust crisper. The wait staff were excellent and very attentive. The restaurant itself was very clean and well maintained. The menu had a very wide selection of choices. The prices were reasonable.

5 /5 Joseph Rigaud: If you live in or around DeKalb and are a pizza fan, make your next order from Zana’s!!! First time here, dining in. Atmosphere is neat and clean, friendly service, and excellent wood fire pizza! We ordered the Florentine and BBQ Chicken…delicious! We also ordered cheese curds and fried mushrooms, both excellent! Cheese curds are very comparable to what you find in Wisconsin! Another point, the food was ready quickly!!

2 /5 Joshua Schmeichel: We ordered a pizza and wings last night. The pizza and wings were good, but the blue cheese dressing looked inedible. Our delivery person got lost and our food arrived at least twenty minutes late. We had to reheat everything in the oven since the food was ice cold.
