April Parks My Yukon broke down day before our camping trip but they got it towed to shop fast and Derek diagnosed it was the starter in no time. He had it fixed by 9am the next morning and we were on our way camping. I cant thank them enough! Highly recommend!

Deena Kissee My first experience with Waseca Ford was four years ago when I bought my Ford escape. I just went the other day and traded it in well I found out that the gentleman that I bought the escape from retired and he is now training the sales people. And he is doing a wonderful Job. Three days ago I went back in to get an oil change while I went early so that I could check to see if I could trade my escape in and I did. Carmelita Kiger was amazing She is efficient, caring, entertaining, and knowledgeable. And she knew exactly what I would like and she was correct. I absolutely love my new Ford bronco. And I have to Acknowledge Nick he did a wonderful job cleaning it up it shined and it was beautiful. I will forever recommend watseka Ford and their staff. Everyone was friendly, and as they walked by me after I got the car they congratulated me! Thank you, watseka Ford for knowing my likes without knowing me personally, you guys will forever be amazing!

jrsavoie We have always been treated well here. Wish they washed the vehicles after service, like many dealerships did back yeses ago. That may be something that no dealerships of any make do anymore. The last time we had the vehicle wash thing was on the 2006 Jeep. I would pay extra for it. Might not be a place in the building for it.

nathan kennedy It would be 0 stars if I could. Not only was the guy who was working on my fiancée car rude, but come to find out later they missed a broken thermostat and didnt fix her problem. Ended up out 1000 dollars for a 150 dollar fix. Dont shop here they are scumbags

don jaggers The quality of workmanship at Watseka Body Shop in Watseka Illinois is pathetic. The desk jockey there is a liar. I showed him that the paint on the front door and back door of my wifes new car did not match. It was a minor dent that need to be taken care of by PDR people not the body shop. But Mark decided he would do it himself and made it much worse. Plus the paint doesnt match not even close. Wow I just gave away $900 to keep a business going like that. Ill waste of my wifes hard-earned money. I highly recommend with all my heart and soul. If you have body work that needs to be done do it yourself youll probably do a better job period or take it to a real professional maybe in Bradley or Champaign. But not here. I wont even waste my time arguing with some people anymore. Im just going to walk away. Theyll end up losing business all around and shutting down like a lot of places in Watseka because of lack of respect for customers and quality of performance . I dont wish you any good luck Watseka Body Shop. So have a blessed day.

Tracy Harper The guys here are great! They got me in quickly and when I told Mark that my car was my only means of transportation he promised me he would do his best to get it done quickly. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday morning and got it back Wednesday afternoon! They did a great job! You can’t even tell that I even had a fender bender! He even suggested ways to save a little off my high deductible. I would definitely recommend Watseka Body Shop!

Brad Baker Colt goes above and beyond for his clients. Gave me very fair pricing on a drive shaft and rear yoke replacement, had me up and running in just a few days. Not only does he go out if his way to assist you but he is also very personable as well. We had a fun conversation about shared interests while I was in the office with him. Overall, I have to give this garage a 5 star rating. If I could give it 6, I definitely would.
