1 /5 Jessica Williamson: From the moment I entered the office is was not very welcoming. Then to tell them my name for the appointment that I made at 2. To be told by both front desk people my appointment was at 9. I reply well thats funny because I came straight from work and I would never schedule an appointment for when I am working. Then the very rude woman and man that are in the office proceed to tell me "well most people drop it off." I dont have that luxury. From start to finish, I got rude attitude to the point I told myself I wasnt ever going back there again. After getting my new tires finally put on, I leave with my TPS light on! He says will go away. It went away only to come back on and not shut off. I call them so they can fix the issue, telling them what is going on and of course the lady on the phone was very rude saying "well they do go out." I made an appointment anyways, as this sensor has only been an issue since getting my tires put on by C & C. I show up for the appointment and the technician comes out and states that they wouldnt have put the tire back on with a broken sensor. He didnt even take it into the shop to look it over to make sure it wasnt an issue from their service. I proceeded to ask for my keys as I will take my vehicle somewhere, anywhere, but to C & C that I would feel appreciated for my business. I WILL NEVER GO BACK! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
